The final purchase price is confirmed by our buyer at the time of pickup based on the vehicle's actual condition, completeness (including catalytic converter and major components), weight, and applicable metal and salvage values. We reserve the right to adjust or decline any offer before payment.

• You must provide proof of ownership for the vehicle.
• A vehicle title is normally required. Vehicles without a title may be purchased only where permitted and only with the VIN and adequate proof of ownership.
• The vehicle must be free of any active lien, loan balance, or financial hold.
• You agree to complete all transfer documents required by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and applicable county tax office.

Payment is made in cash at the time of pickup unless another arrangement is agreed in advance. By scheduling a pickup, you grant our driver reasonable access to the vehicle and agree to remove personal belongings and license plates as required by Texas law before transfer.
